Steve Laughery is a native Washingtonian and has been living in Montgomery County Maryland for 34 years. He prides himself on his core values of honesty, integrity, and hard work. He uses these values alongside a deep understanding of the local real estate market to provide his clients with the best service possible.

Prior to joining Dart Homes, Steve was the VP of Business Development for RLJ Equity Partners. He left this career amid the pandemic to become a full time stay at home dad to his then four-year-old daughter after her pre-school closed. His role as a teacher continued when he and his family decided he would homeschool her through her kindergarten year. Now with her back in school Steve is excited to be putting that same hard work and dedication to work for you.

In his free time you can find Steve hiking, playing or watching sports, and generally spending time with his fiancé and daughter.
